Chocolats, en veux-tu en voilà!
Et hop, 1 kg de florentins... dans une casserole, faites chauffer 200g beurre+ 200g miel+ 200g cassonade puis hors du feu -200g farine+200g amande effilées+250g fruits confits ( citron, orange, cranberry) versez sur la plaque du four, 180°, 20 min.laissez...

P'tit Biscuit

P'tit Biscuit
125 g beurre + 100 g sucre+ 200 g farine + 75 g poudre amande + 1 oeuf+ vanille, cannelle, citron... = repos (3 h), étalage, coupage, décoration intérieur et extérieur, empatissage... et hop au four pour 10 min... MIAM MIAM GLURP!
